Policies

We hope that you love all your purchases from Hannah Mae Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.

Purchases are eligible for store credit within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

If returning within the 14 day timeframe, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Before you return please contact us with your return request and we will provide you with the address to ship your items to. 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Items must be in the same condition they were received to be accepted for a return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product so that we can arrange a replacement.
